Youth Mental Health First Aid is a course for participants 18 years and older who want to learn how to help an adolescent (age 12-18) who may be experiencing a mental health or addictions challenge or is in crisis.

Directions for Living is offering you a free Youth Mental Health First Aid Course on Saturday, February 19th. For this training you will complete a 2.5 hour self paced course and then participate in a 5 hour instructor led class on February 19th at Bay Area Church of Christ. You can register for this class using the sign up sheet in the foyer at Bay Area Church of Christ or by emailing SYoung@directionsforliving.org
